Sandplace Projects has obtained Tremayne House in Looe, Cornwall. The building and land is the subject of a landslip and formal condemnation from Cornwall Council. The site extends 13 metres down from the road, and directly onto the waterfront of the East Looe river. It is populated by several tree preservation orders and is in need of advanced rock anchor solutions in order to hold back the road and trees from collapse onto both the site and the railway line below.
